MASLD 5-PILLAR SYSTEM™
MASLD 5-Pillar System™ is a daily structure that supports overall wellness through five foundations: movement, hydration, nutrition, supplementation, and recovery. It is not a medical treatment — it’s an educational framework built on consistency and discipline.

Pillar 1 — Movement, Weight Training, HIIT & Metabolism
Movement re-activates circulation and metabolism. My foundation includes daily walking or light cardio, weight training to rebuild strength and insulin sensitivity, and a short HIIT session once per week to boost conditioning. I aim for 150 to 300 minutes of total activity per week, balancing endurance, strength, and recovery. (Educational focus: supports circulation, cardiovascular function, and metabolic balance.)

Pillar 2 — Hydration & Electrolyte Balance
Hydration powers every system in the body. Each morning, I prepare 3.5 liters (about 1 gallon) of water stored overnight with 5 lemons and 5 pure green-tea bags. This provides natural antioxidants and L-theanine while encouraging steady fluid intake. Non-fitness days: Drink 2 liters throughout the day. Fitness / sauna days: Drink 3.5 liters, adding electrolytes for balance. No salt is added to the mix (electrolytes used separately when needed). (Educational focus: supports hydration, electrolyte stability, and natural detox function.)
Safety Note
Hydration needs vary based on activity level, body size, and environment. The amounts listed reflect my personal educational example and are not medical advice. Individuals with kidney, heart, or electrolyte conditions should consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to fluid or mineral intake. Always listen to your body and adjust hydration gradually.

Pillar 3 — Nutritional Awareness, Mediterranean Eating & Meal Rhythm
A Mediterranean-style approach anchors my nutrition — vegetables, fish, eggs, lean proteins, olive oil, sweet potatoes, and multigrain pasta. Processed foods, refined sugars, and sauces are kept to a minimum. I follow a 16/8 intermittent fasting schedule. (Educational focus: supports balanced blood sugar, metabolic rhythm, and nutrient awareness.)

Pillar 4 — Supplement Support (Educational)
Supplements fill nutritional gaps when used wisely. The GlucoLiver™ line demonstrates how nutrients such as omega-3s, magnesium, CoQ10, and amino acids can support liver and metabolic function. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new supplement. (Educational focus: supports cellular energy, circulation, and metabolic function.)

Pillar 5 — Recovery & Regeneration
Recovery completes the cycle. Sleep, mindfulness, grounding, and dry and steam sauna therapy (3–4 sessions per week) promote circulation, stress release, and restoration. (Educational focus: supports relaxation, circulation, and stress adaptation.)
